This addendum applies to individuals in India whose personal data is processed by Sourcebits / Ascendum Solutions in connection with the Site. Sourcebits is a subsidiary of Ascendum Solutions LLC, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. Personal data collected from individuals in India may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Such transfers occur only to countries that the Indian Government has notified as permitting data transfer, or where adequate contractual safeguards are in place. By using the Site and consenting to processing, you acknowledge such transfers.
In accordance with the DPDPA, we do not knowingly process the personal data of children under 18 years of age without verifiable parental consent. The Site is not directed to anyone under 18.
